Be the first “hello” at Eastown—and help set the tone for someone’s whole Sunday.
Welcome guests with warmth, direct traffic clearly and kindly, and point people where to go so they arrive relaxed, confident, and cared for. Your welcoming presence helps people exhale before they even step inside.
Create a safe, welcoming campus where people can feel at peace and open to what Jesus wants to do in their lives.
Support Eastown Kids check-in procedures, monitor hallways and common areas, respond calmly to situations, assist families and staff, remain vigilant, and keep clear communications.
Welcome everyone with a smile and help Eastown feel personal from the start—so everyone feels seen.
Watch for new guests, walk people where they need to go, guide them to the best available seats (and help groups sit together), and build connection through friendly conversation and introductions.
After service, do a quick follow-up and help reset chairs so the space is ready for the next gathering. You help turn a crowd into a community.
Create a welcoming moment as soon as people walk in. Prepare & serve great coffee; greet with genuine joy, start simple conversations, and help guests know what to expect so they feel seen and at home.
You create comfort and connection in the first five minutes—before the service even starts.

Serve with Eastown Kids by creating a fun, safe, engaging environment where children discover the excitement of following Jesus.
Whether you’re at check-in, nursery, preschool, elementary, or large group, you’ll build trusted relationships and partner with parents so every child feels loved, known, and confident in God’s purpose for their life.
Prepare spaces before service or reset them after— making room for meaningful moments for people to connect in the courtyard.
Keep rooms and courtyard areas clean, organized, and ready—creating an environment of care, safety, and excellence so people can connect with Jesus and each other. Your behind- the-scenes faithfulness helps everything feel welcoming, intentional, and ready for people right where they are.
Help make Sundays run smoothly by running the technical side of service—lighting, slides, audio/video, and livestream.
With calm focus and attention to detail, you create a clear, distraction-free environment so everyone can engage and experience the service fully—making room for people to hear truth, worship freely, and feel connected to what God is doing, whether they’re in the room or watching from home.
